Registration is subject to capacity limitations. Participation is restricted to members of research institutions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Once you have sent the completed registration form, your registration is binding. Cancellations can be made in written form only by emailing rosa.herbst@leibniz-hki.de.

Data protection

All personal data will be used in accordance with the regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). By registering, you declare your consent that all the personal information entered in the registration form is filed, saved and processed. This is done solely for the purpose of organizing and running the event and requires your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1. S. 1 lit. a, b, f DSGVO. The data will not be passed on to third parties and will be deleted after the event.
